Forum BIFF is committed to sustainable event management by reducing its environmental impact and creating an accessible and welcoming environment for everyone.

- ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance. It is a framework for promoting more sustainable and responsible practices by considering environmental and social impacts.
Our Environmental Actions
Shuttle buses will operate between major transit hubs and the venue.
Water dispensers and refreshments with minimal individual packaging will be provided, while biodegradable materials will be used wherever possible.
A QR-based mobile guidebook will help reduce printed materials, while reusable equipment and existing venue furnishings will be prioritized.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their own tumblers, and recycling bins will be available at the venue.
Unnecessary electricity use will be minimized, and indoor temperatures will be maintained at 24–26°C.
